mobile game addiction

Lately, I have been spending nearly all my time in a mobile app game to the detriment of my studies and other activities. I tried to control myself but things got worse instead of better. I uninstalled that app today. Although there is a sense of loss in that feeling I have started to realise just how much captivated I was. Honestly, I didn't think I would get this enamoured. I also ended up spending a good deal of money as well. I really lost my sense of proportion. I just hope that my resolve of never playing that game again hold fast.
