 I am in a bind of my own design, if there is such a thing. my first venture in fanfiction happened with Harry Potter. at first I read from fanfiction.net. got into ao3 later and didn't went back all these time. now though out of the blue, an early story came back to my mind. in that story, Harry a first year student, went to the dungeon on an errand from Mcgonagall and was attacked by a creature called ghanzou as I recall(the spelling may be wrong). the creature's venom can cause people to hallucinate of a different world where things are better/ are in the way they desire. so I went back to find it and not remembering the name, was unable to do so, and now I just can't focus on anything.

it is. the reason I don't go there normally. I found a similar story named the family that lived. if you take away the first chapter of the fic and make some alteration, it would be what this new story is. it led me to guess that whoever had written the previous story has removed it.
I am not into HP fandom anymore. the cursed child ruined it for me.

I think I read that story a long time ago... or at least one with a similar title, I never finished it though...
I decided to skip all of “the cursed child” thing. I saw some reviews that said there are better fanfics than the book so I’ll stay away from it XD
